The event is an essential activity of the Office to realize the digital transformation program, jointly approved by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development and the Hanoi People's Committee.

A variety of trade promotion activities will focus on enhancing e-commerce for OCOP products through training programs, online sales training, face-to-face interaction (Livestream) and others.

Deputy Director of the Hanoi Department of Agriculture and Rural Development Ta Van Tuong said that the livestream programs on social networking platforms, including TikTok, would help spread cultural and historical values attached to the city's OCOP products and specialities from provinces and cities across the country.

The OCOP program has been implemented nationwide since 2018, focusing on developing agricultural products, craft villages, and handicraft industries based on each locality's advantages in the value chain and improving their products' competitiveness in domestic and international markets.
