Viva Land joins Smartland and The One Land on Vivian Le Jardin project

On August 27 in Ho Chi Minh City, Viva Land Management and Development JSC (Viva Land) announced a strategic partnership with Smartland Real Estate Co., Ltd. (Smartland) and The One Real Estate Business Investment JSC (The One Land) – two specialising in the distribution, investment, and consultation of high-end property projects in Vietnam.

Smartland and The One Land will become official representatives of Viva Land to introduce the products at Vivian Le Jardin – a luxury villa project developed by Viva Land in the downtown Thao Dien compound in Ho Chi Minh City.

Being presented this October, Vivian Le Jardin will be a convenient, private, and self-contained residential area that is home to just 15 exclusive villas located along Nguyen Van Huong Street. With modern French- and Indochina-style designs, the villas promise to offer a completely new living experience for residents.

The Vivian Le Jardin project features a natural landscape inspired by the architecture of French pavilions with an underground clubhouse and exclusive facilities including a private sauna and stylish gym.
