DXG: Plan for using capital from the bond issuance

The Board resolution dated August 12, 2022, the BOD of Dat Xanh Group Joint Stock Company approved the following contents:

  1. Approved the plan to use capital from the bond issuance with total value of USD300,000,000 bonds to carry out the purchase of the additional issuance shares of Ha An Real Estate Business Investment Joint Stock Company.
  2. Approved the plan to increase its contribution capital at Ha An Real Estate Business Investment Joint Stock Company:

-          Purchase volume: 800,000,000 shares

-          Stock type: common share

-          Par value: VND10,000/share

-          Expected purchase price: VND10,000/share

-          Time of implementation: expected in 2022.
