ST8: Completing the transfer of shares in HKT

On July 15, 2022, Sieu Thanh Joint Stock Corporation announces the completion of the transfer of 3,787,985 shares in Kim Thanh Auto Joint Stock Company (HKT), equivalent to 55.06% charter capital of HKT. Accordingly, HKT will no longer be a subsidiary of ST8 from July 16, 2022.
