Masterise Homes tops up the Masteri Center Point on schedule

Masterise Homes, a member of Masterise Group, the leading international branded real estate developer in Vietnam, on June 16 held a topping-out ceremony for the Masteri Center Point project, located in the heart of the Grand Park urban area, Thu Duc City, Ho Chi Minh City.

The ceremony marked the completion of the frame construction on schedule and was witnessed by representatives from media, the main contractors Central Construction JSC, MACE Co., Ltd. Vietnam, and strategic partners such as NHQ, Tange, Acons Engineering, Rankine & Hill, WT Partnership, and Land Sculptor Studio.

Launched at the end of 2020, Masteri Center Point offers homebuyers an international-quality project from a reputable real estate developer – Masterise Homes – which has put a lot of effort into the project, specifically in aesthetic architecture, green landscape, high-class and modern internal utility system, and professional apartment management services.

Masterise Homes reserved 70 per cent of the project area for green living space to improve the physical and mental health of its future residents.

Masteri Center Point is a luxurious compound in Thu Duc city, a different, harmonious, and unique symbol where residents can fully enjoy all utilities and services right on their doorstep. There is an entertainment centre, an international standard school system, and a top-quality hospital.

Sameer AbuKhalil, deputy director of Project Development at Masterise Homes shared, “The project was started in 2020 and had to go through a period of social distancing due to prolonged Covid. Now I am very pleased to see that Masteri Center Point has overcome all challenges to complete the frame construction on schedule and entered the finishing phase. During the construction process, Masterise Homes and its partners, including the general contractor Central and supervision consultant MACE always put labour safety first. Therefore, Masteri Center Point has reached the milestone of two million safe working hours at the construction site in April 2022.

Speaking at the ceremony, Vu Duc Tai, general director of Central, shared that after more than 20 months of construction since the commencement date on October 14, 2020, Central topped off the project 30 days ahead of schedule.

“During the working process, we received the trust and support of all levels from Masterise Homes, MACE consulting unit, and related subcontractors and partners,” Tai said.

Andrew Metcalf, project manager and representative of MACE, sent his thanks to all partners for their companionship and especially to all employees at the construction site for their hard work and enthusiasm.

“Without your dedication, we would not be where we are today,” Metcalf said.

With contemporary architecture inspired by the world's leading design company Tange Associates (Japan), Masteri Center Point makes a strong impression with its unique sharp design lines that are delicately interwoven with glass doors with a height close to the ceiling.

These unique characteristics both create aesthetic value and increase the sustainable value of the building over time, plus ensuring every apartment has a fresh atmosphere.

The interior design of Masteri Center Point is carefully carried out by Hirsch Bedner Associates from the US, a famous design firm that designed for luxury hotel and resort brands such as Hilton, JW Mariott, Ritz Carlton, Shangri-la, and Four Seasons.

Moreover, the design philosophy puts people at the centre of all research and creation helped the project developer fully meets the needs and expectations of customers when coming to Masteri Center Point. In the internal space, Masterise Homes cooperates with landscape design company Land Sculptor from Thailand to bring a space of inspiration to residents.
