HVN: Completing the transfer of shares in Cambodia Angkor Air

On May 27, 2022, Viet Nam Airlines JSC completed the transfer of shares in Cambodia Angkor Air (K6) for the transferee. After the transfer completes, Cambodia Angkor Air (K6) will no longer be an associated company of HVN.
