Wing Bank and KESS Innovation ink MoU to offer One Window Service Office digital payment options

Wing Bank (Cambodia) Plc and KESS Innovation Plc have signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to provide a convenient, instant and secure payment service nationwide to those requiring public services at the One Window Service Office (OWSO).

The agreement aims to integrate the cutting-edge digital payment service of Wing Bank into the KESS Innovation payment platform to provide more payment options at the One Window Service Office and boost digital payments in Cambodia.

“Wing Bank’s digital payment is well known and has been widely used by Cambodians. I am delighted that our collaboration with KESS allows us to extend our services to support One Window Service Offices nationwide, providing convenient payment options when accessing public services in our community,” said Han Peng Kwang.

Thanks to the strategic partnership, KESS is another important innovative biller partner of Wing Bank, which is able to extend the payment service of Wing Bank to many of its partners, such as the One Window Service Office.

“The Wing Bank and KESS partnership will help speed up the digital payment system in Cambodia and help bring Cambodia a step further in the digital economy, in accordance with the Royal Government. I am proud of what KESS and Wing have and will achieve together for the benefit of our people,” said Pes Kimsrean.

Individuals and businesses requesting public services can make payments via Wing Pay QR at One Window Service kiosks or bring receipts with reference numbers to any Wing Cash Xpress Agent.

They can also choose Wing as a payment option on the KESS website and mobile app, as well as the One Window Service Office website and app.

The One Window Service Office offers services across 14 sectors – equivalent to 311 services at the sub-national level for cities and provinces – including health; tourism; public works and transport; culture and fine arts; information; and environment.

Services are also offered in industry, science, technology and innovation; mines and energy; commerce; land management, urban planning and construction; agriculture, forestry and fisheries; labour and vocational training; as well as administration and legalisation work.

Wing Bank and KESS Innovation share the common goal of using their digital payment expertise to improve the daily lives of communities, and endorse and fully support the Cambodian government in promoting the digital economy.
