MCG: Board resolution on agreements with related parties

According to Board Resolution No.22/2022/NQ-HDQT dated April 22, 2022, the Board of Directors of MCG Energy and Real Estate Joint Stock Company (HOSE: MCG) approved agreements between MCG Energy and Real Estate Joint Stock Company and subsidiaries directly or indirectly owned by MCG from 51% or more of the charter capital and other related parties in 2022.
