True Juice squeezes Vietnam’s growing lifestyle trend for all its worth

Established in early 2017, True Juice was a pioneer in Vietnam’s growing lifestyle startup trend, making and providing cold-pressed fruit and vegetable juices.

Developing customer habits

Tran Thanh Huyen, Founder & CEO of True Juice, said her company's goal is to help consumers improve their health by providing them with safe products and changing consumption habits. The company targets female customers aged 25 to 35 who are highly interested in chemical-free natural products.

True Juice offers three main product packages, including the Juice Dally for daily, weekly and monthly use; the 1-7 day schedule Juice Cleanse package for body detox; and a package specifically designed to improve specific health indexes for people with slight or potential blood fat and/or elevated liver enzymes problems.

High standards, fast delivery

Apart from offering safe organic juice products, True Juice provides lifestyle solutions and body detox roadmaps while helping its consumers establish product usage habits. The difference True Juice has created is the high quality of its products that are totally coldly pressed and prepared with organic fruit and vegetables, developed in accordance with the VietGAP (Vietnamese Good Agricultural Practices) and HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) processes. True Juice’s advanced technology and processes maximize and increase its products’ nutritional content, flavor and freshness five times compared to products of the same kind prepared with conventional pressers. Friendly and professional shippers ensure on-time delivery.

True Juice has attracted 3,000-4,000 customers in Hanoi. Every month, the company produces 10,000-12,000 bottles of juice according to more than 60 recipes. The company says two bottles of pure juice are equivalent to 1.5-2kg of vegetables and fruits.

True Juice only uses selected organic raw materials, including fruits imported from reputable markets, and safe organic domestic fruits and vegetables of known origin.

True Juice has built a community of tens of thousands of people who love natural products. On average, the company provides the market with 500-700 bottles of juice daily. In 2018, True Juice was one of the 10 excellent startup projects participating in the Ministry of Science and Technology’s “Demo Day 2018” investment festival. The project surpassed many other startups to receive investment from the Vietnam Silicon Valley program. True Juice's products are widely sold in supermarkets and on e-commerce platforms such as Shopee and Vinmart, among others.

True Juice hopes to maintain its leading position in the organic natural juice market while expanding its production and cooperating with more partners in the lifestyle value chain such as spas and fitness and yoga centers.

The prime minister has approved a project (Project 844) to facilitate the national startup ecosystem and develop the startup market to 2025. The Newspaper of Industry and Trade has been supporting startup businesses in expanding markets and developing business connectivity in compliance with this project.
