Lightening up the city, Viva Land looks forward to prosperous years

Together with Ho Chi Minh City, Viva Land is lightening up the city’s downtown street, welcoming Lunar New Year and wishing a New Year of the Tiger with stability and prosperity.

As the tiger stands for courage, ambition, and growth, many hope that the new Year of the Tiger will bring new strength for the world and Vietnam, as well as push socioeconomic development.

Viva Land is proudly lightening up Le Duan – the dynamic street in the downtown area – to celebrate the Lunar New Year.

The recent acquisition of Capital Place in Hanoi through its affiliates is one of Viva Land’s highlights. The company has acquired and will operate Capital Place, a Grade A building in Hanoi, which is the first commercial project under Viva Land’s operation and management in the northern region of Vietnam.

Capital Place is also the first LEED Gold certified office building in Hanoi for its large green spaces and sustainability features.

Viva Land is currently developing and managing more than 1,500 hectares of land and over 18,000 residential units with an estimated land value of $7 billion, including IFC One Saigon, Saigon Peninsula, Golden Plaza, Waterfront Saigon, and many others.
