Viva Land is proudly lightening up Le Duan – the dynamic street in the downtown area – to celebrate the Lunar New Year.

The recent acquisition of Capital Place in Hanoi through its affiliates is one of Viva Land’s highlights. The company has acquired and will operate Capital Place, a Grade A building in Hanoi, which is the first commercial project under Viva Land’s operation and management in the northern region of Vietnam.
Capital Place is also the first LEED Gold certified office building in Hanoi for its large green spaces and sustainability features.
