   The Board resolution dated November 12, 2021, the BOD of Sao Ta Foods Joint Stock Company approved the plan for share private placement with details as follows:

-          Offering price: VND50,000/share

-          Offering volume: 6,538,889 shares

-          Plan for using capital from the offering: Total proceeds from the offering (estimated) of VND229.9 billion will be used the following purposes:
