APH: Transferring shares of NHH to AAA

The Board resolution dated December 31, 2021, the BOD of An Phat Holdings Joint Stock Company (APH) approved to transfer shares of Hanoi Plastics Joint Stock Company (stock code: NHH) to An Phat Bioplastics Joint Stock Company (stock code: AAA). Details are as follows:

-          Stock name to transfer: Hanoi Plastics Joint Stock Company

-          Par value: VND10,000/share

-          Owning volume: 16,536,946 shares, accounting for 45.38% charter capital

-          Expected transfer volume: 8,500,000 shares, equivalent to 23.33% charter capital

-          Transfer form: to transfer to An Phat Bioplastics Joint Stock Company

-          Trading method: put through

-          Time of implementation: expected in January 2022

-          Owning volume after the transfer in NHH: 8,036,946 shares, accounting for 22.06% charter capital.
