Kusto Home holds groundbreaking ceremony for Urban Green

Kusto Home, the property brand of international multi-industry group Kusto Group, held a cooperation signing and ground-breaking ceremony for its latest project Urban Green in Thu Duc City.

Speaking at the ceremony, Sergey Nam, general director of Kusto Home shared that, “Following the success of Diamond Island, we are now ready to create a living experience for customers in Vietnam with many quality projects that suit the versatile needs of customers.”

Selecting Coteccons as the main contractor, Kusto Home believes that this is a plus point for the construction quality and progress of Urban Green. Coteccons is Vietnam's leading contractor with extensive experience in a wide range of projects across the country.

Sergey Nam also shared about its "Beyond Property" philosophy for property development based on "Kustominization" motto as well as the long-term vision of Kusto Home for the Vietnamese market. Kusto Home consistently incorporates respect and understanding of local culture into its products. This, coupled with its worldwide experience, helps Kusto Home to develop residential real estate with excellent values that are suited for target clients.

Urban Green – The mega project at the heart of Thu Duc City

According to a representative from Kusto Home, the potential of Urban Green lies in its prime location in Hiep Binh Phuoc ward, Thu Duc City. Thus, residents will get most of the amenities for their daily needs in just five minutes. Meanwhile, it only takes 10 minutes to reach the administrative and commercial centre of Ho Chi Minh City.

Thu Duc City is oriented to become a creative city and a hot spot for the technological and economic development of Ho Chi Minh City. Many transportation infrastructure projects are currently being built in the city, thereby increasing the attractiveness of real estate developments. Specifically, Urban Green boast close proximity to National Highway 13, which serves as a vital link connecting Ho Chi Minh City's downtown with Thu Duc City and Binh Duong New City. According to the latest update, the expansion of National Highway 13 will be implemented by Ho Chi Minh City and Binh Duong with a total investment capital of VND10 trillion ($434.8 million), which is slated to be completed in 2025. Meanwhile, Metro 3B will be developed in the near future. The two stations of the metro line are only 500m or a 2-minute walk from Urban Green, offering homeowners considerable convenience.

Urban Green is the right combination of space embedded with nature and the vibrant urban rhythm, promising to create an ideal living place for residents. The project features Bauhaus-style modern architecture that emphasises the balance of beauty and amenities in each living space. With a building density of only 32.33 per cent, Kusto Home is able to create greenery and a system of more than 40 on-site amenities to take care of the physical and mental health of residents.

The ideal balance of green space and urban rhythm

Each apartment in the project was designed to a specific theme, inspired by the magnificent beauty of nature at famous landmarks like Sahara, Pink Lake, and Alaska. This concept is combined with the use of vibrant and contrasting hues, which represent the vitality of city life while also reflecting the strong personalities of successful young people.
