The only European-managed industrial zone in Vietnam

DEEP C Industrial Zones launched its base in Hai Phong City, Vietnam in 1997 with the development project of Dinh Vu Industrial Zone (nowadays known as DEEP C Hai Phong I), a collaboration between Belgian group Rent-A-Port and Hai Phong People’s Committee.

The only European-managed industrial zone in Vietnam

Over the past 24 years, DEEP C has evolved to be one of the largest industrial park developers in Vietnam with five sub-zones covering 3,400ha of industrial land, forming an industrial cluster in Hai Phong City and Quang Ninh Province – the most dynamic growing region in Northern Vietnam. To date, DEEP C Industrial Zones are home to 140+ projects, equivalent to 120+ companies with a total investment of US$4 billion, backed by multinational companies such as Bridgestone, Idemitsu, Knauf, Chevron, and tesa.

Diversity of choices

DEEP C provides a large portfolio of products and services including industrial land and workshop/warehouse for lease, port development and operation, utilities supply and distribution, renewable energy generation, etc.

Its Master Plan fits all types of business activities, from general industry to petrochemical and light industries. DEEP C also offers to our tenants land plots of flexible sizes depending on clients’ demand. Thus, whether you are building a large factory or a small workshop, whether you will be operating a manufacturing plant or a petrochemical terminal, we will be able to accommodate your needs.

Import and Export at ease

DEEP C Industrial Zones consist of three zones in Hai Phong City’s Dinh Vu – Cat Hai Economic Zone and two others in Quang Ninh Province’s Quang Yen Economic Zone. Logistically, all five industrial zones are linked together at the epicenter of the region’s manufacturing and infrastructure boom.

A multimodal network of deep sea ports, international airports and expressways converges here to connect manufacturers and their products to the rest of the world. Plus, the new Hai Phong – Ha Long – Van Don – Mong Cai expressway will make goods transportation from South China to DEEP C easier and faster than ever (less than a day). The massive spending on a series of key mega projects has given the infrastructure landscape a complete makeover.

Economic tax incentive

Upon the establishment of Quang Yen Economic Zone, every new project in both DEEP C Hai Phong and Quang Ninh is entitled to enjoy the Economic Zone Tax Package, which offers the most comprehensive and attractive tax benefits in Vietnam.

In details, Corporate Income Tax is at 4.35 percent on average in the first 15 years of project life. Further, there is no minimum requirement on the number of employees or investment sizes.

Sustainability at the forefront

DEEP C’s ambition is to become the first industrial park developer to realize the holistic concept of eco-industrial park in Vietnam through various initiatives such as renewable energy generation, road built from plastic waste, reuse of recycled plastic waste.

More and more investors are increasingly becoming vocal about their interest in partnering with companies that take sustainability seriously. By putting sustainable development at the heart of the business, we are aiming to fulfilling corporate social responsibility for not only DEEP C but also all companies operating in our zones.
