PropertyGuru Vietnam Property Awards honours 71 winners

The 7th Annual PropertyGuru Vietnam Property Awards awarded 71 winners across 56 categories at a gala celebration held online and offline on November 26.

Keppel Land clinched the top honour of Best Developer, plus three special recognition accolades. With Phu Long Real Estate Corporation, it shared the award of Best Mid End Condo Development (HCM City) for their Celesta Rise project.

The never-before-presented award of Best Luxury Developer was presented to SonKim Land Corporation. The Special Recognition for Landmark Development, another title presented for the first time this year, went to Grand Marina, Saigon by Masterise Homes.

Masterise Homes garnered the coveted Best Low Rise Condo Development award for The Grand Hanoi.

Another best-of-country accolade, Best Housing Development, was awarded to The Glen by Gamuda Land (HCM City) JSC., winner of the Best Lifestyle Developer title. Best High Rise Condo Development was awarded to Define by CapitaLand – Thien Duc Co. Ltd.

Other winners of the developer awards were CapitaLand Development (Vietnam); Danh Khoi Group JSC; Hung Thinh Land JSC; and National Housing Organization JSC.

The title of Vietnam Real Estate Personality of the Year, the only award not decided by the panel of judges, was presented to Le Van Kiem, founder and chairperson of KN Group. His pioneering work with thriving golf communities, as well as generous philanthropic activities during the pandemic, among other achievements, won over editors of PropertyGuru Property Report Magazine, who choose the recipient of the award every year.

Hari V. Krishnan, CEO of PropertyGuru Group, said: “We share in the celebration of the victorious awardees at the seventh PropertyGuru Vietnam Property Awards. The 71 winners this year reinforce our commitment to this dynamic market. With luxurious homes and the sophistication of its industrial and commercial real estate, Viet Nam lives up to its reputation as one of Asia’s most flourishing property marketplaces.”

The properties and companies selected by our expert judges this year highlight the quality and diversity that make Viet Nam one of the key markets to watch in Asia.”

The 2021 editions of the PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards Grand Final and the PropertyGuru Asia Real Estate Summit will follow the Vietnam awards during the highly anticipated series of events known as PropertyGuru Week in December.

Organised by Asia’s leading property technology company, PropertyGuru Group, the seventh Annual PropertyGuru Vietnam Property Awards was supported by the industry’s leading brands, including platinum sponsor Kohler; official portal partner Batdongsan.com.vn; local partner Oriental Media Vietnam; official cable TV partner History Channel; official magazine PropertyGuru Property Report; official PR partner T&H Communications; and media partners Deluxe Magazine, Oi Vietnam, Vietnam Heritage, and Viet Nam News; and among others.
