The decision came Monday as the province, home to popular beach town Nha Trang, classified its Covid-19 risk as medium.
The entertainment businesses are allowed to operate at half of their capacity. Participants must be vaccinated with at least one dose of a Covid vaccine and make online health declaration before entering the venues.
Conferences, seminars, cultural and art events, festivals, weddings, and religious activities have also been allowed, but with no more than 100 people at a time. Participants are required to have received at least one dose of a Covid vaccine and ensure distancing.
Previously, Khanh Hoa had resumed domestic tourism, reopened public beaches, allowed students to return to schools, and reopened supermarkets and restaurants.
As of Monday, Khanh Hoa has recorded 10,554 Covid-19 cases and 93 deaths, including cases not officially confirmed by the Health Ministry yet. The province has fully vaccinated 96 percent of its adult population.
