Keppel Land and Shopee join hands to collaborate on Celesta Heights project

Keppel Land has announced a partnership with Shopee to market Celesta Heights, the latest residential project jointly developed by Keppel Land and Phu Long Real Estate Corporation.

Located in Nha Be district, Ho Chi Minh City, Celesta Heights marks the first collaboration in Vietnam between a real estate investor and an e-commerce platform to market a residential project.

The partnership will see the exclusive launch of a VND50 million ($2,170) early payment discount incentive for Shopee customers who purchase a unit at Celesta Heights.

Keppel Land and Shopee, both from Singapore, have been in a landlord-tenant relationship since 2018 when Shopee housed their Vietnam office at Keppel Land’s Saigon Centre Tower 2, located in the heart of Ho Chi Minh City’s central business district in District 1.

Through this collaboration, Keppel Land will be able to leverage Shopee’s customer base and network to reach out to a wider audience in Vietnam. Meanwhile, Shopee will be able to harness the strengths of Keppel Land to diversify its product categories and expand its customer offerings on its e-commerce platform.

Celesta Heights is the second phase of Celesta City, a joint venture project developed by Keppel Land and Phu Long. Celesta Heights ps 2.15 hectares and comprises of 752 contemporary units across four towers. Located in Nha Be district’s Nguyen Huu Tho street, it is just a 5-minute drive to the Phu My Hung area and a 25-minute drive to Ho Chi Minh City’s central business district.

True to its “Forest in the City” theme, Celesta Heights incorporates green and natural elements throughout the sustainable development, which is built according to the requirements of the Building and Construction Authority of Singapore’s Green Mark Gold standard.

With over 50 facilities for the young and the old, Celesta Heights is a destination that celebrates the luxuries of life, where special moments are cherished through generations.
