Canadia Bank takes The Asian Banker’s ‘Strongest Bank’ in Cambodia for 2021 award for third consecutive time

Canadia Bank was bestowed the “Strongest Bank by Balance Sheet in Cambodia, 2021” award for the third consecutive year by The Asian Banker at a virtual ceremony on Thursday.

Canadia Bank CEO Raymond Sia said: “Canadia Bank is truly honoured with this hat-trick achievement after being recognised for the third consecutive year by The Asian Banker.

“The bank over the past three years has evolved and continues to transform itself with more focus on and investment in the adoption of technology to simplify processes and improve customer experience, and diversifying our product offerings to cater to different customer segments. We will continue to invest in our customers and communities.

“This award is also especially meaningful as Canadia Bank celebrates its 30th anniversary this year. It’s an important and a proud milestone for the bank.

“Canadia Bank would not be where we are today with these achievements if not for the strong foundations laid and the ongoing guidance and wisdom of our chairman Neak Okhna Dr Pung Kheav Se.

“This award is also a testament and recognition of the hard work and commitment of our employees across our 63 branches and head office. We also want to say ‘orkun’ and thank you to all our customers for their patronage and loyalty over the past 30 years,” he said.
