ULS Cambodia launches mixed-use skyscraper project “Odom” in Phnom Penh

Urban Living Solutions (ULS) the innovative lifestyle development firm behind some of Cambodia's most creative spaces is putting Phnom Penh on the global map as it publicly launches Odom — its grandest project to date.

After the success of internationally award-winning projects such as Factory Phnom Penh, Bakong Village, and Rose Apple Square, ULS now sets its sights on redefining work-life standards for modern Cambodians.

Odom is a two-tower development situated on 5,825sqm of prime real estate on Norodom Boulevard. Standing 45 stories high, Odom Tower offers 40,000sqm of Grade A strata-title offices — ideal for businesses with a long-term projection and those who want to build an asset rather than just pay rent for an indefinite amount of time. Its fully customisable office space policy allows combining different pre-sized offices or even buying a whole floor (up to 1,515sqm) to create the space needed.

Adjacent to the commercial tower is the 30-storey residential building named "Odom Living." This building has 18,000sqm of spacious three and four-bedroom family apartments and one and two-bedroom homes for young urban professionals. All condos at Odom Living come with two spacious balconies, design-focused bathrooms, and fully equipped kitchens, ideal for those who enjoy cooking and entertaining at home.

Linking the commercial and residential towers is Odom Square, a five-storey layered garden and commercial space that serves as ULS' answer to the redundancy in Phnom Penh's retail sector. More than just a mall with the same brand of coffee shops and fashion outlets, this space will be a green-filled community gathering spot that will also be home to young businesses making new, creative approaches to retail, food, and beverage.

"Odom came about by observing hundreds of businesses in need of office spaces that included design, function, and amenities to keep staff excited. ULS met several businesses doing well in recent years but are still operating from converted villas or shophouses. We want to offer the new generation of entrepreneurs in Cambodia the opportunity to create and own offices that are truly tailored to their company's needs. In addition to that, we also wanted to build centrally located homes for business executives who want to avoid commuting to and from work," said ULS managing director Kimleang Kean.

Designed by Singapore-based Kite Studio Architecture, Odom combines modern construction techniques and traditional Cambodian community-centered design. Scattered throughout the two towers and the connecting ground-level podium are pockets of landscaped spaces where residents, tenants, and guests can enjoy a chat or iced coffee while surrounded by trees.

Odom is also registered under the US Green Building Council’s Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED ) programme — a globally recognised system rewarding best practices and innovations in construction.Upon project completion, residents and tenants of Odom can look forward to living and working in a healthy and highly efficient building.

Public sales of the offices and residences at Odom begin in September 2021, following the completion of the Odom showroom located in Odom Garden. Guided tours of the sample strata-title offices, as well as the two- and three-bedroom condominiums, may be booked in advance via email to sovannpanha@pointerasia.com or by calling 099 231 168.
