TCB: Approving the agreement with One Mount Consumer

On September 10, 2021, the Board of Directors of Vietnam Technological and Commercial Joint Stock Bank (Techcombank) approved an agreement with the person related to Techcombank’s Board Member, as follows:

-          Content: hiring technology services to develop the software for “Retail Omni Channel/ Digital Channel – P7/PS1 (Backbase)” supplied by One Mount Consumer Joint Stock Company;

-          Agreement value: VND9,000,000,000;

-          Estimated agreement term: from the signing date to the end of December 31, 2021.
