HBC: HBC wins new construction projects

Hoa Binh Construction Group Joint Stock Company has assigned new construction packages with the total contract value of more than VND1,123 billion as follows:

1)      Novaworld Phan Thiet Project

-          Investor: Delta – Valley Binh Thuan Co., ltd.     

-          Location: Tien Thanh commune, Phan Thiet city, Binh Thuan province

-          Construction package: Hoa Binh Construction Group Joint Stock Company is the main contractor for the project. 

-          Value of package: more than VND144 billion

 

2)      HT-Pearl Project

-          Investor: Hung Thinh House Investment and Construction Co., Ltd.

-          Location: Dong Hoa ward, Di An city, Binh Duong province

-          Construction package: Hoa Binh Construction Group Joint Stock Company is the general contractor for the project. 

-          Value of package: more than VND871 billion.

 

3)      Block V9 of Vinhomes Smart City Project

-          Investor: Vingroup 

-          Location: Vinhomes Smart City Urban Area, Tay Mo ward, Nam Tu Liem district, Ha Noi city

-          Construction package: Hoa Binh Construction Group Joint Stock Company is a main contractor. 

-          Value of package: more than VND108 billion.
