SHP: Decision on tax penalties

On June 14, 2021, Southern Hydropower Joint Stock Company received the decision by the Department of Taxation of Lam Dong Province dated June 09, 2021 as follows:

-          VAT arrears: 13,636,364 dongs

-          Fine for late payment until June 14, 2021: 5,661,818 dongs.

-          Fine for false declaration: 2,727,273 dongs

On June 14, 2021, Southern Hydropower Joint Stock Company completed the tax payment of 22,025,455 dongs.
