APSC: BOD resolution on planning the holding of EGM 2021

The Board resolution dated June 10, 2021, the Board of Directors of Alpha Securities Joint Stock Company to plan the holding of Extraordinary General Meeting 2021 as follows:

-          Record date: July 01, 2021

-          Meeting time: expected in July 2021

-          Meeting venue: Floor 7th, Detech Tower II, No.107 Nguyen Phong Sac, Dich Vong Hau Ward, Cau Giay District, Hanoi.

-          Content:

  • Approving the supplement of the company’s charter;
  • Adjustment of the plan for using capital from the stock offering;
  • Supplement the operation business: Proprietary trading, Securities Underwriting;
  • Planning the stock issuance to raise charter capital;
  • Planning the private placement of bond.
