KOS: Report on the result of transfer of shares in KPT Vietnam

    The Board resolution dated March 31, 2021, the BOD of Kosy Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:

1)      Approving the result of the transfer of 2,500,000 shares (estimated) in KPT Vietnam Joint Stock Company, accounting for 6.41% charter capital of KPT Vietnam Joint Stock Company. However, due to a number of objective reasons leading to an incomplete transfer according to the plan, the following are details of the result of the transfer:

-          Finish transfer volume: 2,050,000 shares

-          Ownership ratio: 5.26% charter capital of KPT Vietnam Joint Stock Company.

2)      Approving the remaining shares after the transfer:

-          Remaining volume: 1,625,000 shares

-          Value: VND 16,250,000,000

-          Ownership ratio: 4.17% charter capital of KPT Vietnam Joint Stock Company.
