According to Clause 3, Article 70, of the Law on Foreign Trade Management, the investigation to adopt anti-dumping measures will conclude within 12 months since the date the investigation begins or on April 6 this year. However, in some extraordinary circumstances, the ministry has the right to extend the investigation for another six months.

To have more time to address arising problems as well as to ensure the investigation is carried out in a comprehensive and objective manner, the ministry decided to extend it for six more months and will wrap up the work on October 6 this year.
