Century 21, Bred Bank Cambodia team up

US-franchised real estate company Century 21 Cambodia on January 28 appointed BRED Bank (Cambodia) Plc as its finance partner for properties that are exclusively promoted by its Century 21 Cambodia Network.

A memorandum of understanding (MoU) was signed to this effect by Century 21 Cambodia chief operation officer Seraj Sutton and BRED Bank Cambodia CEO Guillaume Perdon.

BRED Bank Cambodia is part of French global financial group BRED Banque Populaire and became the first European bank to operate in the Kingdom in 2017.

Sutton said: “I believe this collaboration will play a strong role in creating better opportunities for customers and investors while enabling more Cambodian people to buy their dream properties.

“Our customers won’t just enjoy their new home ownership, they’ll also benefit from the competitive and flexible financing provided by BRED Bank Cambodia.”

Century 21 Cambodia is the exclusive sales agent for development projects in the Kingdom such as Forest Harmony, Golf Harmony, Residence Harmony, Lagoon Harmony and Living Harmony.

In October, developer Forest Harmony Co Ltd announced the soft launch of Golf Harmony as a second phase of its Forest Harmony project in Prey Thnang commune of Kampot province’s Teuk Chhou district some 18km northeast of Kampot town.

BRED Bank Cambodia’s Perdon echoed Sutton’s sentiments: “We’re delighted to have reached this understanding with Century 21 Cambodia. BRED Bank Cambodia has made a strong commitment to support the Cambodian property market.

“Not only do we offer the highest international banking standards, we’re confident that our home loans represent the best value in the Kingdom. We look forward to a long and exciting partnership with Century 21.”
