KOS: KOS to finish the transfer of 50% shares in KPT Vietnam

Kosy Joint Stock Company completed the transfer of 50% shares in KPT Vietnam Joint Stock Company. Accordingly, Kosy decreased the ownership ratio at KPT Vietnam from 18.846% to 9.423% from December 29, 2020.
