KOS: BOD resolution on transferring 50% shares in KPT Vietnam

Based on Decision dated December 21, 2020, the BOD of Kosy Joint Stock Company approved the transfer of 3,675,000 shares in 7,350,000 shares in KPT Vietnam Joint Stock Company to other partners.
