IDICO Corporation - JSC: Announcement of settlement price

IDICO Corporation – JSC (HNX: IDC) announces the settlement price in the public auction of IDC shares after having auction results:

  1. Trading results of IDC shares in the stock market on November 26, 2020:

-          Reference price: 27,600 dongs/share

-          Floor price: 24,900 dongs/share

-          Ceiling price: 30,300 dongs/share

-          Closing price: 26,900 dongs/share

  1. Based on the trading result of IDC shares on November 26, 2020, the trading prices of IDC shares on November 27, 2020 (the auction date) as follows:

-          Reference price: 26,900 dongs/share

-          Floor price: 24,300 dongs/share

-          Ceiling price: 26,900 dongs/share

  1. Beginning price of IDC shares in the public auction:

-          Beginning price: 26,930 dongs/share.

Because the wining price must be more than or equal to the beginning price (26,930 dongs/share), and this beginning price was more than the floor price on November 27, 2020, the Representative Board for the State-owned capital in IDC decided that the settlement price would be equal to the winning price of each investor.
