Construction Corporation No.1 Joint Stock Company (Upcom: CC1) announces the settlement price in the public auction of CC1 shares after having auction results:

  1. Trading results of CC1 shares in the stock market on November 24, 2020:

-          Reference price: 14,000 dongs/share

-          Floor price: 11,900 dongs/share

-          Ceiling price: 16,100 dongs/share

-          Closing price: 14,000 dongs/share

  1. Based on the trading result of CC1 shares on November 24, 2020, the trading prices of CC1 shares on November 25, 2020 (the auction date) as follows:

-          Reference price: 14,000 dongs/share

-          Floor price: 11,900 dongs/share

-          Ceiling price: 16,100 dongs/share

  1. Beginning price of CC1 shares in the public auction:

-          Beginning price: 23,030 dongs/share.

Because the wining price must be more than or equal to the beginning price (23,030 dongs/share), and this beginning price was more than the floor price on November 25, 2020, the Representative Board for the State-owned capital in CC1 decided that the settlement price would be equal to the winning price of each investor.
