Trade fair for northwest OCOP products held in Hoa Binh

An agricultural trade fair on “One Commune, One Product” (OCOP) products from the northwest region opened at the Hoa Binh Provincial Fair and Exhibition Centre on November 19.

At the fair, Nguyen Van Chuong, Vice Chairman of Hoa Binh Provincial People's Committee and head of the organising broad,suggested branches and members of the organising committee to ensure the conditions for businesses to exhibit, introduce and sell products, while ensuring absolute safety for people visitingthe fair.

Hoa Binh Province will create favourable conditions for enterprises inside and outside the province to participate in the fair and find the best investment and business opportunities. At the same time, the province also welcomes investors and businesses to come and invest to the province for a long time.

The fair provides an opportunity for businesses to introduce, promote their products and brands, while at the same time helping to develop the market, connect trade, expand the distribution channel system, create a close link between production and consumption, and improve the competitiveness of enterprises.

The fair is also an opportunity to introduce the potentials and achievements in socio-economic development and traditional cultural features of Hoa Binh Province, as well as the development achievements of branches and localities in the province, and other provinces and cities in the country.

Within the framework of the National Trade Promotion Program 2020 directed by the Ministry of Industry and Trade, the fair features nearly 300 stalls, of which there are 140 stalls on trade promotion agencies in provinces and cities in the country.

The booths display various, diversified models and quality products to meet the demands of production, consumption and export.

The event runs until November 25.
