6.1. Dividend payment in cash for the year 2019: Exercise rate: 20%/share (shareholders receive VND2,000 for every 01 share they own)
     * Stage I of 2019:
- Exercise rate: 10%/share (shareholders receive VND1,000 for every 01 share they own)
- Exercise date: 08/12/2020
- Place of payment:
               + For deposited shares: securities companies where shares of shareholders have been deposited.
               + For undeposited shares: SARA Vietnam Joint Stock Company on working days from 08/12/2020. Securities certificate and Identification Card (original copy) are required. 
       * Stage II of 2019:
   - Exercise rate: 10%/share (shareholders receive VND1,000 for every 01 share they own)
   - Exercise date: 28/12/2020
   - Place of payment:
               + For deposited shares: securities companies where shares of shareholders have been deposited.
               + For undeposited shares: SARA Vietnam Joint Stock Company on working days from 28/12/2020. Securities certificate and Identification Card (original copy) are required. 
        
  6.2. Dividend payment by share:
          - Exercise rate: 100:40 (shareholders receive 40 new shares for every 100 shares they own).
​          - Rounding method, handling of shares representing less than one unit: Number of shares received will be rounded down to units digit; the decimal will be deleted (if any)
          - Exercise place:
               + For undeposited shares: the owners shall implement the procedures on receiving dividend at ​SARA Vietnam Joint Stock Company -  Floor 6, Nam Hai Building, Lot 1-9A Vinh Hoang urban area, Hoang Van Thu ward, Hoang Mai district, Hanoi on the working days and submit ID card. 
               + For deposited shares: securities companies where shares of shareholders have been deposited.
