Covering nearly 5,000sq.m, the gallery is situated at 179 Hai Ba Trung Street, District 3. 
The opening of the floorwas part of Novaland’s stragey for 2020 to further expand their customer-service centres in many cities and provinces.

The biggest place to welcome Novaland’s clients, the place will offerthem many unusual experiences.
It will be the first of its kindin HCM City, offering visitors exciting digital experiences to clearly study and understand projects that Novaland is developing.
A cinema and virtual models have been set up in the gallery.
Inside the gallery are manyspaces which can be used to organise high-quality events.
It is notable that The Dome, a five-star restaurant, and Saigon Case, a coffee shop, will be set up here for clients and visitors to meet each other to share investment ideas.
The welcome lobby is very luxurious, and opens up into an impressive space to welcome visitors.
Projects that will be introduced at the Novaland Gallery include The Grand Manhattan (District 1, HCM City), Aqua City (Bien Hoa, Đong Nai), NovaWorld Ho Tram (Ba Ria Vung Tau), NovaWorld Phan Thiet (Phan Thiet, Binh Thuan), NovaHills Mui Ne Resort & Villas (Mui Ne, Binh Thuan).
In addition to physical models, customers can also study these projects through virtual models to help them geta view of the projects from all directions.
Their appearance in various weather conditions andtimes of day, and night,can also be seenfrom the virutal models.
The virtual technology will help customers choose the right products that meet their requirements in terms of location, direction and amenities.
The showhouse at The Grand Manhattan inthe Novaland Gallery started to welcome visitors right from the gallery’sopening day. It is designed in semi-classical style.
The sales lounge has luxury sofas toprovidecomfort to clients as they study projects.
The Dome and Saigon Casa are food and beverage brandsmanaged by Nova F&B. They will be operated in shophousesat Novaland’s projects in HCM City and elsewhere. This will help create a complete eco-system for residents and visitors.
To offer clients a diversity ofexperiences, the Novaland Gallery has a 4D cinema with a capacity of 80 people. Besides, it has conference areas, online-meeting areas and others.
