On October 12, Furukawa Automotive Systems Vinh Long Vietnam Inc. and general contractor Thien An Design-Construction-Trading Co., Ltd. formally initiated the construction of the FAVV manufacturing plant at Binh Minh Industrial Park in Vinh Long province.

The ground-breaking ceremony of the Furukawa Automotive Systems factory was conducted in the presence of the management authority of the industrial park, leaders, and representatives of departments and agencies in the province.

Furukawa Automotive Systems Vinh Long Vietnam Inc's project aims to produce detail components for the automotive industry which are used in almost all automobile products in the world.

The project, which has received a great deal of attention from Japanese investors and government agencies, will signal a high-tech investment wave into the Mekong River Delta, helping to connect the region into the global supply chain.

The project is expected to create up to 6,000 jobs, contributing to the government budget as well as the stable development of Vinh Long province.

The project is designed and built by Thien An Design-Construction-Trading Co., Ltd., which has carried out a range of high-quality projects such as facilities for NEC/TOKIN, Ajinomoto, Muto, Wacoal, Acecook, YKK, GPP Ca Mau, Van Don International Airport in Quang Ninh, Towa Southern Star Vinh Long, and VGCP Ha Nam.

With more than 20 years of experience in running foreign investment projects from Japan, the US, the EU and Taiwan, Thien An constantly broadens its experience, improves technology and design, as well as expands its partner network to other countries which have experience in management, design, and technology, to apply them in Vietnam.

Thien An follows its 5S criteria (safety, standard, solution, schedule, services) in the design and building of projects in Vietnam, bringing customers immense satisfaction.
