SCIC plans to divest all capital in Quang Ngai Tourism JSC

The State Capital Investment Corporation (SCIC) is set to sell all of its 437,456 shares in Quang Ngai Tourism Joint Stock Company, or 2.77 per cent of the company’s capital, via a public auction.

The auction is scheduled to take place on September 28.

Interested investors must register to buy the entire offering.

The starting price is set at VND12,000 (US$0.5) per share. If the transaction is successful, SCIC is expected to earn more than VND516 billion.

Quang Ngai Tourism Joint Stock Company has a charter capital of more than VND158.1 billion. It specialises in hotels, restaurants, domestic and international travel.

The time for investors to register and pay a deposit lasts until 4pm on September 24 at the headquarters of Tan Viet Securities Joint Stock Company at 79 Ly Thuong Kiet Str, Hoan Kiem District, Ha Noi.

The auction will also be held at the same place at 2.30pm on September 28.
