PDR: BOD approved to collect shareholders' opinions in writing

The Board resolution dated September 07, 2020, the Board of Directors of Phat Dat Real Estate Development Corp approved to collect shareholders' opinions in writing with the following contents:

-          Record date: September 28, 2020

-          Time of implementation: October 2020

-          Meeting venue: Floor 8th & 9th, Tower B, Viettel Building, 285 Cach Mang Thanh Tam Street, ward 12, district 10, Hochiminh.

-          Content:

  • To pay first stock dividend for 2020 to existing shareholders;
  • Other issues.
