Novaland partners up with Minor Hotel Group for management of 5-star Avani Saigon hotel at The Grand Manhattan
Major Ho Chi Minh City-based developer Novaland has partnered with global hospitality group Minor Hotels to manage the first branded Avani in Ho Chi Minh City – Avani Saigon Hotel at The Grand Manhattan, a luxury apartment complex in District 1.
Through the agreement, Avani Saigon Hotel will be designed and managed following international five-star standards by Minor Hotels, including 217 rooms and high-class amenities including a spa, a fitness centre, infinity swimming pool, restaurant, and bar. Avani Saigon Hotel will be located from the third to the seventh floor of The Grand Manhattan building.

Inspired by the vibes of New York’s Manhattan district, The Grand Manhattan was designed in a distinctively luxurious and elegant style on an area of 14,000 square metres, including three 39-storey apartment blocks offering the market over 1,000 luxury units.
The complex, which will also feature a shopping mall, full dining area, a park, a swimming pool, BBQ garden and kids’ area with over 4,200sq.m of greenery, will be a unique sanctuary for residents in the heart of the bustling Ho Chi Minh City.
