LGL: Resolution on buying shares of Ha Long Construction Co.

On July 23, 2020, the Board of Directors of Long Giang Investment and Urban Development Joint Stock Company approved the purchase of shares of Ha Long Construction Joint Stock Company in the share offering to existing shareholders:

1)      Information on the target company:

−        Company: Ha Long Construction Joint Stock Company

−        Charter capital: 180,000,000,000 dongs

−        Par value: 10,000 dongs/share

−        Total volume: 18,000,000 shares

2)      Information on the purchase of shares:

−        Owning volume at present: 7,200,000 shares (40% of Ha Long Construction Joint Stock Company)

−        Additional buying volume: 13,600,000 shares

−        Total additional buying value: 136,000,000,000 dongs

−        Owning volume after trading: 20,800,000 shares (40% of Ha Long Construction Joint Stock Company)
