Hoa Binh signs strategic cooperation agreement with Johnson Controls-Hitachi Air Conditioning Vietnam

On August 7, 2020, Hoa Binh Construction Group signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Johnson Controls-Hitachi Air Conditioning Vietnam Limited Liability Company.

Accordingly, Johnson Controls-Hitachi Air Conditioning Vietnam Limited Liability Company will supply products, supporting services, operational training, and transfers of training in terms of products and solutions, with the most advanced technology for Hoa Binh Construction Group to employ in projects and constructions.

Based on the experience, potential, and reputable brand of both sides, this cooperation marks and opens up great opportunities in the business activities of Hoa Binh Group and Johnson Controls-Hitachi in Vietnam, Japan, and globally.

“Hoa Binh's vision is to build a new, smart city in which the central air-conditioning system for the whole city is the foundation. Therefore, Johnson Controls believes that we will contribute to the development of Hoa Binh,” Nguyen Quang Hien, general director of Johnson Controls-Hitachi Air Conditioning Vietnam, said at the signing ceremony.

“As a strategic partner, we wish to be able to accompany the group on the journey to conquer new heights.”

Johnson Controls-Hitachi Air Conditioning Vietnam is a Vietnam-based subsidiary of Johnson Controls-Hitachi Group with more than 130 years of establishment and development together with Johnson Controls, a global leading brand of energy-technology solutions in construction, and Hitachi, a popular brand name of refrigeration products.

Signing this agreement will help Hoa Binh Construction Group expand its supply chain as well as orient its development toward foreign markets in the golden decade of 2020-30.

Hoa Binh is making efforts to strengthen connections, establish optimal ecosystems, and ensure reciprocity in order to promote the development of Vietnam’s construction industry in foreign markets.
