PXA: Change of reason for trading restriction on UPCoM

As of 14/07/2020, pursuant to Regulation on organization and management of UPCoM of HNX attached to Decision No.634/QD-SGDHN dated  24/9/2019, HNX announced the change of reason for trading restriction to PXA stock as follows:
- Issuer: Petrovietnam – Nghe An Investment & Trading Joint Stock Company
- Stock code: PXA
- Previous reason for trading restriction:
The auditor refused to give an opinion on the consolidated financial statements for 2018, The company had negative owner equity in the financial statement for the fiscal year 2018, The company did not disclose information about the reviewed semi-annual financial statement and the audited financial statements of 2018 within 45 days as regulated. (According to Notice No.716/TB-SGDHN dated 28th June 2019, Notice No.1220/TB-SGDHN dated 4th October 2019 and Notice No.484/TB-SGDHN dated 25th May 2020)
- Changed reason for trading restriction: The company had negative owner equity and The auditor refused to give comments on the financial statement for the fiscal year 2019 of the company. According to Point B and D, Item 1, Article 32  of the Trading Regulation, the stock is put under restriction.
HNX shall inform normal trading resuming of PXA after the Company has remedied the causes leading to trading restriction status according to Regulation on trading registration.
