Novaland signs up Centara Hotels & Resorts to manage NovaHills Mui Ne Resort & Villas
Novaland Group and Centara Hotels &Resorts have signed a strategic partnership agreement.
With this, Centara Hotels & Resorts will manage Novaland’s NovaHills Mui Ne Resort &Villas.
A renowned global luxury hotel and resort management company, Centara Hotels & Resorts will be operating NovaHills Mui Ne Resort&Villas with more than 600 single villas to its international standards started from the first quarter of upcoming year.
Centara's portfolio currently comprises 77 properties all over major Thai destinations and in the Maldives, Sri Lanka, Vietnam, Oman, and Qatar, and with developments underway in Thailand, Laos, China, and the UAE.

Located on hilly terrain along the Hon Rom Bay coastline in Mui Ne, NovaHills Mui Ne Resort & Villas has a scale of nearly 40ha, and its single villas boast classic pish architecture. They are at a height of 15-92m, ensuring every villa has a sea & Mui Ne Bay view. In the other villa zones on the hillside are two swimming pools with a length of 250m that wind softly like the river flowing behind each. Above the long swimming pool is a pedestrian bridge, which not only connects areas but is also a highlight of the landscape there.
The project also has a full range of high-class facilities such as multi-level swimming pool, flower hills and large parks, sea sports and health club, an international commercial area, global cuisine, and an observation deck soaring to a height of over 100m.
Many of the construction works are nearly finished such as a Welcome Center for greeting visitors and model houses for visitors, which will be completed in September 2020.
N2, N5 and N6 villa zones will be handed over to customers in the fourth quarter of this year.
