On July 07, 2020, Dai Nam Securities Joint Stock Company announces the personnel change as follows:

1)      Approving the resignation of members of BOD for the term 2020 – 2025:

-          Mr. Phi Xuan Truong:           Chairman of BOD

-          Mr. Ngo Anh Son:                 member of BOD

-          Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Bich:        member of BOD

-          Mrs. Ha Thi Thu Ha:             member of BOD

-          Mrs. Tuong Thi Thu Hanh:   member of BOD.

2)      Approving the resignation of members of Supervisory Board for the term 2020 – 2025:

-          Mr. Nguyen Anh Tuan:         Head of Supervisory Board

-          Mrs. Ninh Thi Phuong:         member of Supervisory Board

-          Mr. Ninh Viet Tien:               member of Supervisory Board.

3)      Approving the appointment of members of BOD for the term 2020 – 2025:

-          Mr. Nguyen Hoang Giang:    Chairman of BOD

-          Mr. Le Anh Tuan:                  Deputy chairman of BOD

-          Mr. Pham Thi Thanh Hoa:    member of BOD.

4)      Approving the appointment of members of Supervisory Board for the term 2020 – 2025:

-          Mrs. Pham Thi Lien:             Head of Supervisory Board

-          Mr. Nguyen Quang Son:       member of Supervisory Board

-          Mrs. Pham Thu Quynh:         member of Supervisory Board.
