TH1: Change of reason for trading restriction on UPCoM (TH1)

As of 24/06/2020, pursuant to Regulation on organization and management of UPCoM of HNX attached to Decision No.634/QD-SGDHN dated  24/9/2019, HNX announced the change of reason for trading restriction to TH1 stock as follows:
- Issuer: The Viet Nam National General Export – Import Joint Stock Company No.1
- Stock code: TH1
- Previous reason for trading restriction:
+ The company had negative owner equity in financial report for fiscal year 2017
+ The company did not disclose information about the audited financial statements of 2019 within 45 days as regulated. (According to Notice No.412/TB-SGDHN dated 24th April 2018 and Notice No.484/TB-SGDHN dated 25th May 2020)
- Changed reason for trading restriction : The company had negative owner equity in financial report for fiscal year 2019 and The auditor refused to give comment on financial report for fiscal year 2019 of the company. According to Point B and D, Item 1, Article 32  of the Trading Regulation, the stock is put under restriction.
HNX shall inform normal trading resuming of TH1 after the Company has remedied the causes leading to trading restriction status according to Regulation on trading registration.
