ASP: BOD resolution dated June 04, 2020

An Pha Petroleum Group Joint Stock Company (ASP) announces the Board resolution dated June 04, 2020 with the following contents:

1)      The BOD approved the Resignation Letter to participate in the Board of Directors for the term 2017 – 2021 of Mr. Nguyen Hong Hiep and to nominate the candidate to replace.

2)      The BOD approved the business plan in 2020:

-          Net revenue:          2,900 billion dongs

-          Profit after tax:          50 billion dongs.

3)      The BOD approved the reports and the contents to submit to the Annual General Meeting 2020.
