POW: Board Resolution _ May 14, 2020

PetroVietnam Power Corporation announces Board Resolution No.67 dated May 14, 2020 as follows:

The Board of Directors decided to suspend collecting shareholders’ opinions in writing, which was adopted by the Board of Directors in Board Resolution No.46 on April 10, 2020.

PetroVietnam Power Corporation asked the Vietnam Securities Depository to consider and cancel the list of shareholders of the record date of May 04, 2020. As the situation of Covid-19 disease in Vietnam has been strictly controlled, PetroVietnam Power Corporation decided to suspend collecting shareholders’ opinions in writing, not to convene the 2020 Online Annual General Meeting and to continue completing procedures to the 2020 Offline Annual General Meeting as usual.
