Novaland cooperates with prestigious agents to deliver real estate projects
Giant property developer Novaland Group on Friday has cooperated with a number of prestigious distribution agents to bring better services and information about its projects to customers around the country.
The contracts are part of its plan to develop a distribution system to meet the increasing demand from customers who want to buy its products.

After 28 years of development Novaland is now one of the biggest developers in the country with over 40 residential projects in key areas in HCM City with products ranging from apartment and villa to shopthouse and office-tel units.
This is the third year in its second phase business strategy in which it is focusing on mid-level and high-end projects with three key produc lines: residental projects in the central part of HCM City, township projects in its satellite areas and hospitality property projects in tourism areas like Can Tho, Ba Ria-Vung Tau, Phan Thiet City and Cam Ranh.
It has developed dozens of thousands of products in HCM City and several provinces.
The project of Aqua City to be distributed by the new partners include villas and townhouses. Aqua City is an eco-urban area the company is developing on 1,000ha in Dong Nai Province. This is a key project on HCM Citys eastern flank.
Besides, the distributors will offer the public information about Novalands hospitality projects, which are intended as second homes, including villas and townhouses, shophouses. The Leisure & entertainment tourism complex of NovaWorld Phan Thiet or NovaWorld Ho Tram has a scale of 1,000ha. Both are leading the trend of real estate investment, creating new lifestyle for the southern real estate market
Furthermore, Novaland now possesses nearly 5,000ha of land bank, enough for it to develop new projects well in the next 10 years. This huge land holding ensures the groups development in future. It also guarantees co-operation between Novaland and its distribution agents.
It has also organised many training courses to enrich their employees knowledge of projects, brands, legal issues, and promotions to provide better service to customers.
