VCB: Board approves agreements between VCB and VCBS

On March 26, 2020, the Board of Directors of Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Foreign Trade of Viet Nam (HOSE: VCB) approved the agreements between VCB and Vietcombank Securities Company Ltd (VCBS) regarding the provision of issue consulting, issue agent, depository, settlement and transfer management services for VCB’s bond issue in 2020.
