On March 20, 2020, Hoang Huy Investment Services Joint Stock Company announces the selling of treasury shares as follows:

-   Number of treasury shares before trading: 25,000,000 shares

-   Number of shares registered to sell: 25,000,000 shares

-   Purpose: to mobilize capital for the company’s business activities.

-   Expected trading period: from April 03, 2020 to May 04, 2020

-   Trading method: Order matching or put through.
