-       Bond name: Bond of Bao Minh Securities Company

-       Bond type: non-convertible bond, unsecured, no warrants

-       Currency unit: VND

-       Par value: VND1,000,000,000/bond

-       Bond form: book-entry

-       Bond term: 01 year

-       Offering volume: 180 bonds

-       Total offering value: VND180,000,000,000

-       Interest rate: 8.9%/year

-       Interest payment period: every 12 months

-       Issue date: in March 2020.
