L10: Board approves the public tender offer from Mr. Dang Van Long

On February 17, the Board of Directors of Lilama 10 Joint Stock Company approved a public tender offer for L10 shares from Mr. Dang Van Long as follows:

  1. Bidder: Mr. Dang Van Long
  2. Information about the public tender offer:

-          Target company: Lilama 10 Joint Stock Company

-          Number of L10 shares represented by the bidder: 1,186,800 shares (12% of L10’s charter capital)

-          Number of L10 shares owned by the bidder: 814,301 shares (8.23% of L10’s charter capital)

-          Number of L10 shares owned by the person related to the bidder: 65,087 shares (0.658% of L10’s charter capital)

-          Number of L10 shares expected for purchase: 1,200,000 shares (12.13% of L10’s charter capital)

-          Number of L10 shares owned by Mr. Dang Van Long and the related person after trading: 3,266,188 shares (33.03% of L10’s charter capital)

-          Estimated buying price: VND14,900/share

-          Trading time: within 30 days to 60 days after the State Securities Commission approves the public tender offer in writing.
